Smart meters record your electricity consumption at 15-minute intervals. Once a day, the previous day’s data is uploaded to the LineMetrics Cloud via an interface to your grid provider, where it is available to you for visualization and consumption analysis.

Your consumption data is recorded by the grid provider using smart meters in your property and made available to you via the LineMetrics Cloud – without any hardware or sensors. You only need to give your approval once, and from that point on you have the data in the LineMetrics Cloud. We can also make your data available to you retroactively for one year in the cloud.

In the cloud, you can analyze the data, view visualizations and identify consumption patterns to manage your energy consumption efficiently. You can also set alarms, e.g. if planned consumption values are exceeded or not reached.

Your consumption data is collected by the smart meter and transmitted to the grid provider at 15-minute intervals. If you decide to have your smart meter read out by LineMetrics, you give us a one-time approval, from then on the data will be made available to you in the LineMetrics Cloud. Data is transmitted securely and automatically from the smart meter via your network provider to the LineMetrics Cloud.

Monitoring enables you to increase energy efficiency, reduce costs and optimize energy consumption on the basis of sound data. You don’t have to laboriously compile the data of individual properties in several portals and accounts, but have all the data simply and conveniently in one platform. You can then visualize and analyse this data directly in the LineMetrics Cloud, or easily transfer or download it to another system using numerous interfaces.
