Description
The LoRa VOC sensor is an innovative sensor for measuring the indoor environment, specially developed for wall mounting. This completely wireless sensor is powered by two 3.6V AA lithium batteries and combines internal sensors to measure VOC (volatile organic compounds), temperature, humidity, light and motion. It is ideal for indoor monitoring, smart buildings, workplace management and room occupancy detection.
The device is characterized by its discreet and minimalist design and offers simple wireless configuration over the air. With its robust construction made of PC/ABS plastic and a weight of only 60g (without batteries), the LoRa VOC sensor is suitable for use in various ambient conditions from 0 to 50 °C and a humidity of 0 to 85 % RH (non-condensing). The battery life of the sensor is up to 3 years under typical operating conditions, making it a long-lasting solution for indoor air quality monitoring. By using LoRaWAN® technology, the LoRa VOC sensor ensures secure and efficient data transmission, making it an indispensable tool for modern building automation systems.

1. Record measured values
The battery-operated wireless sensor can be installed in any room. It reliably records all values and transmits them via LoRa.
2. transmit measurement data
The LoRa wireless gateway creates a wireless network for up to 1,000 sensors. The collected measurement data is transmitted to the cloud via mobile radio.
3. evaluate and alert
All sensors are managed and all measurement data stored in the cloud. Analyses, alerts and data integration via API are easily possible.

Cloud platform: Analyze and process measured values
The LineMetrics Cloud allows you to create individual dashboards on which you can keep an eye on the data that is most important to you. Measured values can be displayed, combined and colored in the form of bars, curves, dial gauges, etc. This screenshot shows past and current measured values of the sensor:
Warning messages can be created for individual ranges/limit values and provided with a trigger delay. This means that no warning is sent if critical values are only briefly exceeded. A second condition for triggering a warning can also be configured.
Alerts can be sent by e-mail (see screenshot) or SMS. The recipient, subject and message can be easily configured individually.
Plug & play: obtain measurement data quickly and easily (< 3 minutes!)
The LineMetrics complete solution enables the solution to be commissioned via plug & play – without technicians, IT department, cable laying and network access. We will send you all the hardware with all accessories and simple commissioning instructions. The first measurement data can be analyzed in the LineMetrics Cloud within a few minutes.
