Sensors from LineMetrics – Highest quality criteria for professional users
We offer our customers the simplest solution for collecting sensor data from existing buildings. Strict quality guidelines make it possible for our customers to handle complex technology so easily. That’s why sensors are rigorously tested in the LineMetrics test laboratory. In this blog entry, we will give you an insight into what it means when a sensor is certified LineMetrics and how we always manage to have solutions ready for problems.
Quality Assurance Process & Sensor Test Laboratory
Our team is in constant contact with international manufacturers and identifies the best sensors on the market. In the in-house test laboratory, selected sensors are then tested against around 40 internal quality criteria – from measurement accuracy to demanding endurance tests. Only when our experts consider these criteria to be fulfilled does the LineMetrics test laboratory give the green light. A continuous supply chain and the highest service levels are ensured by framework agreements with the manufacturers. This allows our team to respond quickly and reliably to any questions or problems.
Plug & Play Commissioning
Subsequently, to the test laboratory, commissioning and assembly instructions are created in-house. This ensures that even large-scale roll-outs can be handled without any problems. Only then is a sensor “LineMetrics certified”. Sensors that are about to be certified, but detailed instructions are still in progress, for example, are listed under “Coming soon”. However, these are already available for smaller installations. Currently, we have already certified almost 20 sensors for you and over 10 more sensors are currently in the test phase.
